This Cancellation and Refunds Policy (“Policy”) explains the terms governing cancellations and refunds for services and subscriptions purchased through https://keralapages.in/.
As a digital business directory platform, we provide intangible services such as online listings and digital subscriptions. Once activated, these services are considered delivered and non-returnable, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and relevant RBI guidelines for digital transactions. We ensure that all cancellations and refunds are handled fairly, transparently, and without unfair deductions.
1. Eligibility for Cancellations and Refunds
You may request a cancellation within 7 days of purchase, provided that the subscription or listing has not been activated, published, or made live on the directory.
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Duplicate transactions or erroneous charges
- Technical errors resulting in failed service activation
- Non-delivery of login or access credentials
- The service provided differs substantially from its description in our Terms and Conditions
Once a service is activated (for example, when a business listing goes live), it is deemed fully delivered and no cancellations or refunds will be permitted.
Refunds are not available for:
- Partial usage or change of mind
- Renewed or expired subscriptions
- Promotional or discounted listings
- Customized or special-order listings
2. Cancellation Procedure
To request a cancellation:
- Log into your user dashboard or send an email to info@keralapages.in.
- Include your order ID, reason for cancellation, and a confirmation that the service has not been activated.
- Submit your request within the 7-day eligibility window.
We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours. Upon verification, if eligible, the cancellation will take effect immediately and no further charges will apply.
For auto-renewing subscriptions, please disable the renewal feature in your account settings at least 7 days before the renewal date.
3. Refund Procedure
Once a cancellation request is verified and approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (such as bank account, UPI, or card), in compliance with RBI digital payment regulations.
Depending on the payment gateway, the credited amount may take up to 10–15 business days to reflect in your account. You will receive an email confirmation containing refund details and a reference number for tracking.
Any deductions are limited to unavoidable transaction or processing fees charged by payment providers (typically 2–5%). No other deductions or penalties will be applied.

4. Exclusions and Special Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Active or expired subscriptions
- Services already delivered or listings published
- Requests made beyond the 7-day cancellation period
- Digital downloads, codes, or access links
In rare cases of service disruption (such as unexpected downtime affecting listing visibility), we may offer partial refunds or service credits at our sole discretion.
Fraudulent or abusive refund claims, or violations of our Terms and Conditions, may result in denial of the request and possible account suspension.
All refund actions conform to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If an issue remains unresolved, users may escalate it through appropriate consumer forums as per applicable law.
